Lifetime Giving Societies

The IHM Community established Lifetime Giving Societies in recognition and gratitude to friends and family who have given a total of $10,000 in cumulative gifts throughout their lifetime. The societies are named after the IHM co-founders, Rev. Louis Florent Gillet and Sister Theresa Maxis Duchemin, as well as the congregation's patron saints and spiritual guides, St. Teresa of Avila and St. Alphonsus Ligouri.

The selfless and generous spirit of giving, exemplified by these lifetime giving achievements, reflects the constant spirit of giving that characterizes the lives of Louis Gillet ($100,000 and above), Theresa Maxis ($40,000 - $99,999), Teresa of Avila ($25,000 - $39,999) and Alphonsus Ligouri ($10,000 - $24,999). We are pleased to be able to symbolize these societies with icons written by Nancy Lee Smith, IHM.
