Earth Day Celebration 2012 will be held on Saturday, April 21, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Loranger Square in downtown Monroe, Mich. This event is sponsored by the IHM Sisters, Monroe County Solid Waste Program and River Raisin Institute. 

Many free activities for adults and children are being planned for the day including educational exhibits, entertainment, free refreshments and more!
