2010 Earth Day Celebration, April 24

Earth Day Celebration 2010 will be held on Saturday, April 24, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Loranger Square in downtown Monroe, Mich. This event is sponsored by the IHM Sisters and the Monroe County Solid Waste Program. 

Many free activities for adults and children are being planned for the day including educational exhibits, entertainment, free refeshments and  more!

If you are a High School Junior or Senior , don't miss out on the opportunity to participate in this year's essay contest and the chance to win a monetary prize.
