In many cultures, drumming has been an important part of celebrations and ceremonies, serving to create unity and to assist in healing. It is both a communication tool and a spiritual enhancer.
Come for a two-hour session that may awaken your playful spirit, reduce tension and stress, and enhance your awareness of how sound can create peace and harmony.
Experience a variety of simple drumming techniques, including the ancient patterns of the I Ching and Native American ritual. Bring your own drum if you have one. Some drums will be available. No experience necessary. Attend as many sessions as you wish. Download flyer.
