On May 24, Catherine Braun Winnell of Petoskey celebrated her commitment as an IHM Associate with the Sisters, Servants of the Immaculate Heart of Mary (IHM). Winnell's associate ceremony, with the theme of "Belonging and Gratefulness," took place in her home. Annemarie Askwith, IHM, served as Winnell's vowed companion on the journey of preparation to become an IHM Associate. Winnell attended Associates are men and women who have come to identify with the spirit, life and mission of the Sisters, Servants of the Immaculate Heart of Mary community.
