Within the IHM Congregation, IHM Sisters minister to and with one another. Financial, pastoral and administrative gifts are called forth in the various departments that serve the mission.
At our IHM Motherhouse in Monroe, many of our sisters serve on the staff of offices such as the Congregational Business Office (CBO), the Congregational Library, Information Systems, Events Planning, to name a few.

A special area of ministry is to our Retirement Community at the Motherhouse where such supportive services as nursing, activities and pastoral care are provided.
